Pump Shaft to Fit Summit 2196 STO
Dimensioned to the Summit 2196 STO power end: 35 mm/30 mm bearing journals (6207/7306), 4-1/8″ (4.125″) bearing span. A Summit 2196 ANSI B73.1 process-pump shaft, parts-interchangeable with the Goulds 3196 (same shaft geometry). Threaded impeller nose, seal/sleeve seat, inboard and outboard bearing journals (set to the bearing-seat fit), and a keyed coupling end. Both journals are turned to the k5 bearing-seat fit for the rotating inner ring. The coupling end is keyed for the drive coupling. Load it as a configurable starting point, and check the dimensions against your shaft or print before ordering.

These are the values the configurator loads for this starting point; every one is editable before you order, and the drawing carries whatever you set.
Reviewed and quoted: this part is quoted by a person rather than priced instantly because of tight-tolerance fits and its length-to-diameter ratio. Configure it and send it for a quote; quotes typically come back within one business day.
Material, tolerances, and additional features (bearing-journal and seal-fit tolerances, coupling keyseat, retaining-ring grooves, set-screw flats) stay editable in the configurator. Confirm the full machining geometry against your existing shaft or print before ordering. The drawing's title block stamps the source frame so any deviation from the standard is visible to your buyer and to us.
Machined from 4140 by default. See the 4140 material guide, or change the grade in the configurator.
