The bore, width, OD, set screw, and material all stay editable in the configurator. Set the bore to a slip fit on your measured shaft, and add a second set screw or a keyway if you need more holding power. Confirm the bore against your shaft before ordering.

Machined from 1215 by default. See the 1215 material guide, or change the grade in the configurator.

Frequently Asked Questions

By the bore, the diameter of the shaft it clamps onto. Pick the card that matches your shaft and the collar loads with the bore, OD, width, and set screw already sized to it. Slide it on, line it up, and tighten the set screw against the shaft. Every dimension stays editable in the configurator.
A cup-point socket set screw (ANSI B18.3) threaded radially through the collar wall, bearing on the shaft. A 1" bore collar uses a 3/8-16 screw, smaller bores step down to 5/16-18 and 1/4-20. For higher holding power, a flat or a shallow spot drilled on the shaft under the screw helps; you can add a second set screw at 90 degrees in the configurator.
The cards default to 1215 free-machining steel. Switch to 303 stainless for washdown service, or 1045 / 4140 for higher clamp duty, in the configurator. Material certs (MTRs) are available on request.
Yes, that is the point of building them to order. Set any bore in the configurator, with a slip fit to your measured shaft, plus the keyway or second set screw if you need it. We confirm the bore against your shaft before cutting.
