Standard shafts price instantly, no account needed. For most parts you don't request one, you build one. Open the configurator, spec your part, and the price updates in real time. Tight fits (tighter than ±0.005″), finishes finer than 32 Ra, some features (such as internal keyways, splines, and Acme threads), and parts over 50″ long or very slender show a review pill instead; send those for a quote and we typically reply within one business day. When you're ready, add it to your cart or send it as a quote to your purchasing team. You need an account to check out or to request a quote. Sign in or create one when you're ready to order, and the parts you added stay in your cart.
Every part generates a full engineering drawing as a PDF, dimensioned, toleranced, with a feature schedule. This is the same drawing that goes to the shop floor. Your quote or order also includes a downloadable 3D CAD model as a STEP file (.stp). No CAD software needed on your end.
Not after the order is placed. Each configuration gets its own part number. If you need a change, configure a new part or use a previous order as a starting point. Your order history is always available in your account.
